"It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money."

"We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. "We had a few issues with getting messages from the host forwarded on to us, but this was down to the listing sites not the host. Once we were in contact with Paul the host he was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very helpful and informative. The caravan was fantastic. It was clean, well equipped and extremely well located. We will definitely be visiting again."
