"Everything about the interior of the hotel and the staff was fantastic! The staff was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was top-notch. The only problem was the location, especially in combination with it being New Year’s Eve. The hotel isn’t very close to much, but there were a few restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Apparently, most restaurants (even McDonalds) close very early on NYE in Italy. "It was as described and clean. Communication though wasn't great, with online checkin and WhatsApp messages from 2 different people requesting the same information. Felt like dealing with a call centre. Slow to respond and access details were only received the day before, though were very good when they did arrive. Asked to check out at 11.00 rather than 10.00 and told no, as it was booked out - though had only just received an invitation to extend our stay, so the two don't fit."
