"The breakfast selection was skimmy, the coffee cold, and the store lacked anything like excedrin or extra strength tynenol even though there was a golf course very nearby. This was a disappointing stay. When we asked for water at breakfast, the morning front desk clerks provided it and then laughed at us making rude comments. I am a Hilton Honors member and they never gave me the 2 bottles of water at check in that I have gotten before. Will never stay there again and recommend others avoid it as well."

"Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Really nice towels. Kitchen was well stocked and very nice appliances. Patio and pool area were the best! We could sit outside in the morning and watch the birds and just enjoy the beauty. Also many nice walking and hiking trails in the area and the nature path at the Boulders Resort and Golf course was wonderful. Lots to do in the area. Great layout in the house and lots of tvs that actually worked! Our host left us lots of thoughtful arrival items so we would be well supplied. We walked on the golf cart path in the evenings after the golfers were all through and saw so many beautiful cactus and nature. Would definitely stay again whenever we return to Scottsdale. We were there for 3 months and loved every day!"

"House was spotlessly clean and well appointed. My only complaint would be that the thermostats were completely locked out and there was no ability to change the temperature by even a single degree. I have stayed at countless properties over many years and never have I seen a policy this restrictive. "

"We arrived at 4:15 for our family vacation. It was cold and raining and we were unable to get into the house, no code other than 1234 was sent. Contacted the company and was assured the code was in my spam after it sometime to get back to us, finally got in. I made a copy of the email that did not contain the code. The home appeared clean but after taking off our shoes and doing a home inspection we found out it was not so , all of our socks were filthy upon further inspection there were bits of food under the one couch and a food wrapper.The movie room couch was broke and the drapes in the primary bedroom did not open due to the curtain strings were hanging down we did take pictures to document everything. Pros: The pool and pool area were beautiful and so was the deck off the breakfast nook. The grill was clean also.The primary bathroom and closet were very nice. The billard room was unique.The casitas were ok.I personally wouldn't recommend it but other people appeared to give great ratings and maybe this was just a fluke. I have never given bad rating before so I believe things do happen."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this new home has everything you could want in a vacation rental and is fully stocked ! the Casita bedroom is a nice plus for additionalbedroom and privacy. It is also very spacious ranch tyke and especially helpful for a guest in a wheelchair. Yard , pool and hot tub all fantastic amenities . Nearer to Carefree than Scottsdale ."
