"Everything! Great rooms that were spotless. The staff always have a smile to greet you and help with any problem. The pool was wonderful, our room overlooked the pool area so we had close access. A plus is The Sands restaurant at the back of the hotel, facing the beach area. We had some rain on a few days so we didn’t leave the hotel to have dinner or lunch too. Shower water is so hot never an issue like other hotels we’ve stayed at in Bali. Only negative is the people smoking around the pool area, wry strong smell. We moved to other day beds. Also a couple in the room next to us also smokers and the smell came over the adjoining wall to as we sat in our balcony area. Overall a very pleasing hotel and I would recommend to couples. "

"Staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Location is excellent for restaurants, shopping, bars, beach. Pool lovely and clean, cocktails were excellent. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet options was great. Only not so good comment i make is that clean towels always had a musty smell to them but that might be due to trying to dry them in a humid atmosphere. That aside, would highly recommend and would defo stay again."
