This is a cheap budget style hotel. It is in a great location. The room was small but clean. It did have a musty smell and on 1 day the shower had a sewer smell, but that was only that day. We had a pool balcony room. The opposite block with balconies is so close we could have a conversation with the other people. The breakfast was good and the staff excellent. If you are after a cheap holiday then I would say it is what you are looking for.

The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable. Nothing very fancy but decent. The breakfast buffet is good. The hotel is close to the mall, restaurants, spas, and the public beach.

We had a room by the pool! Adjoining rooms are available! Breakfast is more than adequate with eggs ( how you want them) and bacon cooked fresh to order! There's also a seafood buffet ( only about $10 aus) 2x per week with seafood cooked before your eye's, fresh and yummy. It's also in a great central location with restaurants and massage places galore around. Also near honest money changers. We loved our stay here and made new friends also! Recommended!!

This hotel really looked after us. The staff always went above and beyond and no request was too difficult. There was a real sense of customer care, and a real effort and care for their business which translates to customer care. We stayed twice during our last trip 4 days at the beginning and our last four days. In the 2 weeks in between visits we saw good changes, which was surprising. Our only minor negative is the pool is cold as it sits between two buildings and gets about 30 mins of sun per day, and no ability to sit around on deck chairs. As we stated ... minor thing. We would stay again. Rooms were clean, hotel was clean, service excellent, breakfast good but not exceptional ( pretty standard Bali fare ) Sin&Gazz
