"Friendly staff."

"とても清潔で、ミラノ中心部からのアクセスもよく、使い勝手の良いホステルでした。 別のホステルでは共同の洗面所が取り合いになりがちだったのですが、ここは洗面台、シャワー、トイレがそれぞれ複数用意されていて混雑とは無縁でした。しかも見た目もおしゃれ。 ホステルの企画で、夜中は中庭でカラオケパーティが開かれているみたいでしたが、防音がしっかりしていてほとんど気にせず睡眠を取ることができました。"

"If anyone just needs to stay for the night, then this is ok, but it depends on the type of room. As some washrooms in a few rooms were not working, there was a lack of water in the toilets. Although they offered other washrooms to use, those that were near to the rooms were not working"

"I stayed at melano ostello it was a clean hostel, stuff are friendly and they really know what they do. The location is percer 2 min from station in a quiet place so you r in heart of Milano but not in the crowd. "

"If you’re looking for a hostel type vibe with private rooms this is a really great option. Not a quiet place, hostel bar is open 24-7 so if it’s your vibe get after it. Not a huge fan of every amenity being an additional fee when on the booking site it’s written as if they are included. Just write ‘for a fee’ like the rest of the hotels in the area. Laundry 8 euros, bag storage 7 euros, etc."

"Great location within minutes walking distance to Duomo and other attractions! Nice and quiet at night as they have shutters on all the windows! The host was wonderful and responded to any questions immediately. I would stay here again."

"Very comfortable stay. The staff was helpful. The room was very spacious and despite being on the first floor, it was very quiet. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
