On site, you’ll find an exclusive villa on a lot of over 6,000 square meters, located in a beautiful residential area adjacent to a forest and some of the most stunning golf courses.

It’s a timeless, modern, and cozy residential complex, featuring high-speed internet, a built-in audio system, and satellite HD TV. Of course, a DVD player is also available for your use.

The spacious living area features two bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and its own large bathroom. The master bedroom even has direct access to the pool area.

A spacious dining room elegantly adjoins the living room, perfect for enjoying cozy evenings at home. Large windows offer a magnificent view of the beautifully landscaped palm garden and flood the rooms with natural light.

The kitchen is very modern and equipped with the latest appliances. Here you’ll find everything from a microwave to an oven and electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, as well as a dishwasher. A washer and dryer are, of course, located in our small utility room. The centrally controlled air conditioning system maintains your preferred temperature in every room, and additional fans enhance air circulation.

Lehigh Acres is located about half an hour east of Fort Myers-Florida Southwest (RSW) Airport. It is situated on Florida’s sun-drenched Lee Island Coast (Gulf of Mexico), in the rural area of Lee County. In a quiet, green setting, a relaxing vacation is guaranteed.

But sporting activities are also conveniently accessible by car. With 5 golf courses in Lehigh and another 50 in the surrounding area, golfers will find plenty to enjoy.

The central location of this idyllic town offers numerous opportunities for day trips throughout Florida. The offshore islands of Sanibel and Captiva, famous for their sandy beaches, are right nearby and invite you to take a beautiful walk along the beach—be sure to keep an eye out for the many seashells.

Places like Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach are also just a 2-hour drive away. The beach closest to our house is in Fort Myers and can be reached in just half an hour when traffic is light.

Please note that distances in the U.S. are significantly greater than what we’re used to in Germany, so it’s advisable to rent a car for your vacation.
