Was upgraded to a slightly bigger room. Only real downsides for me is there was no desk or chair to work at and was asked to check out half an hour earlier than the booking stated. Decent choice
"Comfortable and quiet hotel. Well situated and good free bus connections on Leicester hopper to the city and station. Feels new and looked after. Parking is limited at the hotel but nearby hospital pay and display car park could be used. We wanted quiet and the room was soundproofed. Nice bathroom. Developed a rash from the bed and reception moved us to a new room. The staff member suggested it was maybe cleaning products used by linen company. Hotel did say they would update us via email but never happened."
