"Sound proofing not really preventing noise. At night time it was very noisy. Cleanliness is ok. Staff very accomodating. Problem with check in but staff came in few minutes to assist. "

"Fantastic location for a stay in beautiful Bath. A lovely, clean and homely 2 bedroom apartment with comfy beds and lots of space. Hot showers a must after walking all day. Fully equipped kitchen and easy instructions for recycling and rubbish disposal. The stairs were not an issue and are very well looked after. A 2 minute walk for breakfast or a meal in the evening. Highly recommended. Will book again if ever in Bath."

"Spacious and clean. Easy to find and understand how to access. The only downside was that the TV didn’t work. It would just start the Netflix and then spin and spin and then restart the Netflix. Probably a WiFi issue, but the WiFi worked well on all other devices."

"Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a table for two, if you don’t want to spread out on the full dining table in the great room. We particularly liked the pillows. There were dozen on the bed, and four sofas! We can’t wait to return."

"The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...

"excellent flat, everything you need, clean and surprisingly spacious. Good central location, 10 min stroll to the thermae spa, easy to walk from station. Close to shops, pubs and Roman baths. Handy store open late below! Great host, good communication."
