Dålig säng som säkert inte bytas på många år. Sidorna var smutsiga/fläckiga. Badrummet hade dammtussar på golvet. Jobbiga trappor så inget för den som har problem med knäna. För en kort vistelse är det ok om man inte har stora krav.

Unsere Unterkunfz war ein sehr schickes Appartement. Zu Fuß erreichte man schnell Einkaufmöglichkeiten oder die Straßenbahn. Leider war für unser Befinden und unsere Schlafgewohnheit das Bett etwas zu weich.

zentral gelegen - vom Hbf 3 Haltestellen gleich um die Ecke vom Appartment gelegen, geräumiges Appartement mit großen Zimmern und großem Bad Duschbereich, einfach im IKEA-Stil eingerichtet, für Kurztrip "ohne" Allergiker geeignet; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) - 3 Supermärkte in der Nähe, Baustelle vor der Tür - derzeit keine Straßenbahn - sonst bestimmt extrem laut, Bett im Wohn-/Küchenbereich eine Zumutung, Bett im Wohn-/Schlafbereich bedarf einer Matratzenreinigung (dicke Fusselknoten-Herkunft???), zur normalen Ausstattung sollten Wasserkocher/Kaffeemaschine sowie "ausreichend" Geschirr gehören, hier für 4-6 Personen nur 2 Mini-Tassen, 1 Kaffeeglas, keine großen Tassen, 3 Frühstücksteller vorhanden, Toaster hatte trotz Hinweis auf extreme Allergie massenhaft Altbestände auf Ablage und im Toaster (für uns damit absolut nicht nutzbar), Herd-Platten funktionierten nicht wie gewünscht, einen Backofen gab es nicht, Mikrowelle haben wir aus Gründen (siehe Toaster) nicht genutzt; Bei ausreichend Geschirr muss der Spüler auch nur 1x am Tag angestellt werden. Das spart gerade in der heutigen Zeit Wasser und Strom, damit Kosten für alle!

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles bestens. Das einzige Manko: recht laut durch die Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Aber: Schallschutzfenster, insofern auch das eigentlich ok (und Ohrenproppen hat man ja immer mit). Ansonsten hat alles super geklappt, vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Gute Lage, die Straßenbahn hat uns nicht gestört. Die Ausstattung war i.O. Das Bett war super, allerdings war die Bettwäsche kaputt. Der Kühlschrank war nicht gut gesäubert.

Moderne und schlichte Historie treffen aufeinander

Das Apartment mit kleiner Küche ist im Zentrum gelegen. Mit den weißen Möbeln wirkt es schlicht und praktisch. Der Holzdielenboden ist sehr angenehm. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr schön. Das Ankommen verläuft mit Zahlencode und Schlüssel im Kästchen reibungslos.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, nette kleine Küche, alles neu und modern. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Strassenlärm, sehr laut, besonders bei offenem Fenster. Die Strassenbahn ist wirklich laut, obwohl wir im 4. Stock waren. Sonst alles tiptop.

hervorragende Renovierung, pico bello Zustand, nie ein so sauberes Hotelzimmer gesehen auch nicht in den 5* Herbergen. Aber die Strassenbahn noch mit den alten Schienen und dem Zügen aus der Prager Produktion aus den 60er Jahren war schon laut; alle 5 Minuten eine. Für empfindliche Menschen daher grenzwewrtig. Aber der Fainess halber: Wir waren gewarnt!
