Schönes Hotel direkt am HBF, welches durch seine zentrale Lage als optimaler Ausgangsort für die Innenstadt gelten kann. Lautstärke ist durch den vielen Verkehr erhöht, die Fenster sind jedoch gut isoliert. Lautlos ist jedoch nur der rückwärtige Bereich. Service sehr gut, Frühstück schön abwechslungsreich, jedoch speziell am Samstag ab 9 Uhr staut es sich an den beliebten Stationen. Fitness ok, nicht zu stark klimatisiert, Geräteauswahl ausreichend für kurze Besuche. Sauna mit zwei Saunen, Ruheraum und Außenbereich, gestalterisch und optisch eine Augenweide. Jedoch Fußboden im Naßbereich unpraktisch, da viel zu glatt. Vorsicht, Sturzgefahr, welche sich während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach realisiert hat. In den USA undenkbar aus Haftungsgründen. Handlauf ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Für diesen erheblichen Sicherheitsmangel muss ich einen Stern abziehen in der Bewertung.

Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Ausgangslage und das, was für uns die Buchung ausmachte, war die unmittelbare Nähe zum hbf. Abzüge gibt es, weil das Personal in einigen Angelegenheiten nicht professionell reagiert hat und nicht lösungsorientiert war. Zudem war der Abfluss im Bad verstopft, sodass beim duschen das halbe Zimmer unter Wasser stand und lange Haare, fremd wohlgemerkt, um die Füße schwammen. Der Käse beim Frühstück wölbte sich schon nach oben und beim check out gab es ein einfaches „das passt“ seitens der Rezeptionistin. Für 300 Euro pro Nacht, erwarte ich etwas anderes.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! It is very close to the train station, very clean, with a wonderful amenities. We enjoyed the sauna room. The front staff are friendly and professional, they store our bags till we got back later that day. The location of this hotel is very convenient within walking distance to so many places. If I ever visit the city this will be the hotel that I would choose.
