Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
o local não era nada confortável, cama sem lenções, almofadas muito pequenas, o ambiente não estava muito fresco, a televisão não funcionava e no quarto não havia uma única cadeira, e o pior é que recebemos uma direção errada do local, andamos as voltas 1:30 hora para encontrar o local e chegamos a ir a policia para ver se ela nos ajudavarecebemos outra direção as 19.30 horas.Tudo isto é inconcebível. Ficamos lá até as 6:00 horas porque estamos bastante cansados e regressamos a casa.Pagamos para nada e as ferias que já eram pequenas ficaram estragadas. penso que devíamos ser reembolsados.Estou verdadeiramente decepcionada
