"The Carriage house is in the perfect location to access Leland, Sutton’s Bay, Northport, and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The house is well equipped and immaculately clean. The owners were very response to any questions we had. Access to Lake Leelanau is just steps away and the entire property is gorgeous. We will definitely stay at the Carriage house again."

We didn't spend much time indoors but the beds were comfy and we were able to make nice meals and watch some Olympics. "If you love Fishtown and its surrounding wonders, you will love staying at The Other Side. Steeped in the village’s history, yet fully updated with all modern conveniences, the home is welcoming and beautifully quaint. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats from the pier and the salmon attempting a jump up the dam. Van’s beach is just steps away… no better place to catch the sunset. The Lake Sutton Bay Village had great restaurants, shops & rentals for kayaks/ paddle boards/ boats etc. Very convenient for trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, Wineries in all directions & Traverse City.was a short drive. "This was a great house. Very clean and comfy. It’s close to all the beaches and towns. The only issue we had was the management never returning our messages in regards to an ant infestation in the kitchen. It was bad enough that we had to go out and buy traps, but they really didn’t help."

"We had a great time at this beautiful house on the lake. Pictures are all accurate and the outdoor area is fantastic: We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the waved. Downtown Traverse City is about a 15 minute drive, but the house is surrounded by vineyards, and there is a market and a few restaurants close by. I would recommend!"

"Stayed at this cute beach house for a weekend for a wedding. Perfect location to walk to everything in town and central location for wineries and everything to see in the area. The hosts could not have been more accomodating. They helped us when we needed to change for an event, before our check in time and then shipped back clothes that we left there.
