"Clean and up-to-date room. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Good location as it is close to the train station and several notable locations were only a short walk or bus ride away. Only issues were the noise from outside could get a bit loud if drunken tourist walked by and the bathroom was on a motion sensor for the lights which didn’t read you when you’re in the shower. Had to wave my arm outside the shower door every few minutes to turn the light on. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel for anyone staying in the city."

"The staff made my stay!!! I lost my swim kit and they found it quickly without a lot of drama. I would return to this property based on their excellent service-whether housekeeping, reception, the bar-they are wonderful. The property is unique and one of the great buildings in Amsterdam. The architecture was fantastic. And the location worked well for this first time visitor-easy access to train station and trams. Loved Amsterdam!!!! Will return soon. Thanks for a great visit!"

"Wonderful stay at Inntel! Room: Room was very clean, all amenties working and towels were replaced daily. Service: We were there for 3 nights and only spoke to reception upon check in - polite and helpful. Restaurant staff always seemed a little stressed but were still very polite and attentive. Restaurant: We booked breakfast for our stay - food was wonderful, couldn't fault it. However only one coffee machine was working which did build up quite a queue. Location: Saw many bad reviews for location but it isnt bad at all! Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest tram stop which takes you into centraal! (Rietlandpark is the tram stop for anyone wondering) Overall, fabulous stay at Inntel and would happily stay again! :)"
