"We were two families (with 5 kids under 8) staying together and there was plenty of space. This home is conveniently located a few doors down from the grocery store and just a short one to two block walk to an ice cream shop, bakery and bike rentals. Just past the ice cream shop is the entrance to the beautiful park. Easy access to great old Dutch cities such as Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn and de Rijp. Perfect base for bike rides. The host has created a great vacation home with many very thoughtful extras."

"We had a great weekend at Nicolette's place! It is really bohemian. The house has everything you need with a very well equipped kitchen. The jacuzzi and sauna are great for a wellness afternoon just relaxing. The house is quite close to the N-road but this is not busy in the weekend. The only improvement point we found was the outside area, the couches are a little outdated and could benefit from an upgrade to really have a nice area to enjoy drinks/dinner and sit by the fire with the group."

"Stayed for 5 days with my entire family for 5 days. Home was very clean and supplied with all necessities. The only thing we missed is a washer and drier, or a laundromat nearby. We washed some clothing by hand, and the owners provided a clothesline and clothespins. There were several large games, (pool, Foosball etc.) which everyone enjoy. Overall, a very good experience."

Saubere Ferienwohnung mit der nötigen Ausstattung - auch Geschirrspüler (etwas älter :)) und Waschmaschine. Wir waren du Zweit mit unserem kleinen Hund - der Garten ist zwar nicht komplett eingezäunt aber ging dann gut mit Schleppleine. "I stayed here with three friends for a few nights. Our hosts greeted us and were so kind and warm, and had a fire going in the wood stove for our arrival. The rooms are comfortable and private, the hot tub and sauna were easy to use, clean, and just what we needed after travel. The house has so many sweet and creative details, it feels a little magical. Thank you for an amazing vacation!"

"We were very comfortable in this lovely converted barn. Very comfortable with everything we needed. This house was our base to explore Holland. We visited the local towns, visited the Zuiderzee Museum and took a trip down to Amsterdam and Efteling. There's a great outdoor pool in the town centre too. We want to return to the area soon and this time bring our bikes! We loved the friendly cat that came to see us every day - it was hard to say good bye."
