Welcome to your ground floor flat, which offers you a cosy, homely ambience for up to 2 adults and 2 children with Scandinavian-style furnishings. You will find a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom that leave nothing to be desired. A small children's bedroom with a bunk bed allows you to visit as a small family. Whether in the living room or on the terrace, here you can sit together in peace and quiet, start games evenings or enjoy your evening meal.

The Marissa Resort is located on a large site directly on Lower Saxony's second largest lake, the Dümmer. Being close to nature and sustainability are among the resort's core values, which is clearly reflected in the architecture and design. You can look forward to a high standard in all respects.



A skate park, various playgrounds, a low ropes course and jogging routes by the water await you on the site. At the large sandy beach, the centrepiece of life in the park, you are invited to swim, play or laze around at any time. You can also hire bikes on site for a fee to explore the surrounding area on cycle paths. You can also try out various water sports.



Thanks to the gastronomic offerings such as the beach café BEACHMAR or the buffet restaurant MEZZOMAR, both located right on the waterfront, you can indulge in delicacies in the comfort of your own home. There is also a mini market (sandwiches, regional products) and a SEEKONTOR shop (concept shop for fashion, home accessories, lifestyle and indulgence). The large plaza directly on the lake is home to the conference and event centre as well as the spacious bathing and sauna area.



The Marissa Resort not only offers high-quality holiday accommodation, but also leisure and wellness facilities. The swimming pool area of the Pool&Spa impresses young and old with a large indoor pool including water slide, outdoor infinity pool, children's pool with grotto, relaxation area, winter garden and snack bar. The large sauna area invites you to relax with its roof terrace, whirlpools, relaxation loungers and sauna area (including bio and panorama saunas), as well as a spa bar and lounge. The LYKKE LAND activity centre offers fun for all ages. Your programme can also include guided horse riding excursions, a sailing lesson on the lake, mini golf on the lake, a visit to Ströhen zoo or a golf course.
