"Modern hotel in a historic building next the central plaza and park in historic Metz. Our room was spacious with a comfortable king bed, separate water closet, and a shower and soaking tub. The location made for easy touring of the old town including the cathedral and museums. The staff was friendly, and provided great support. We made use of the free bicycles one afternoon. We did not use the morning breakfast at 20 euros, taking the time to eat around town. We did eat in the restaurant one night and had an excellent experience. "

"un service client inexistant. J'ai fait une modification et j'ai du payer double ma modification en ayant prévenue plus d'1 semaine à l'avance. Malgré mes relances au service client de l'hotel par email, telephone et lors de mon séjour aucune réponse ne m'a été faite. Quelques jours après mon séjour je reçois un email automatique s'adressant à moi comme ci j'avais simplement annulé mon séjour. On est très loin du standard attendu. "

"The hotel is in an old building, but my room was lovely. The bed and bedding were wonderful. The bathtub/shower combination had lots of hot water and strong water pressure . The hotel is practically across the street from the magnificent train station, and a twelve minute walk to downtown on a beautiful walk. There are two great restaurants a block or two away for either French or Italian food. The breakfast was a very good continental breakfast. The staff were all friendly and polite. One standout was Vincent, who checked me in when I arrived. He recommended restaurants and helped me with a dinner reservation. When I returned from dinner, he inquired if I enjoyed my meal. He obviously enjoys his work - he made me feel like a valued guest at the hotel!"
