"Just got back from our stay in Papillon, a charming cabin perched in on a hillside in Val d’Herens. The cabin was clean, cozy and well equipped. The view was spectacular, beds very comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything needed to enjoy the holiday. One bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor so my elderly parents didn’t have to climb the stairs. Les bisses sont des incontournables de la région comme le lac des Dix et les hauts sommets et glaciers. Idéalement, ce serait mieux un grand lit au centre de la chambre plutôt que calé contre le mur. "We came in the summer looking to hike in the area and it was great. We were there only a few day but wish we had a longer stay. Many hiking/biking trails. Sabrina is a wonderful host and very helpful. It is not a large house but the 3 of us had plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need and all the appliances worked and appear fairly new. Washer and dryer are very nice and the wifi is good. A 15 minute walk to the cable car gets you down to Wiler (if you don't want to drive, a winding...

"This is my second visit to this beautiful hotel! When I arrived yesterday, I was warmly greeted by Carolina, who remembered me from my stay in February. Her customer service is truly outstanding, and she made me feel so welcome. The room was ready, and I was overwhelmed with joy with the beauty of my room, with a beautiful view of the lake. Hotel Belvedere has a lovely lido, where you can sunbathe n enjoy swimming in the lake. The pool and wellness center is gorgeous. The staff is amazing, and I hope to return to this beautiful hotel every year. Thank you Carolina, and entire staff for making this feel like a second home in Switzerland!"
