"Really convenient location about 5 minutes from Esslingen train station, with 2 supermarkets right around the corner. Nice to have cooking facilities, albeit small. Comfortable bed, strong shower, but sometimes a bad smell coming from the drain. Doors close very loudly, so maybe bring earplugs. The door to the common hallway slams loudly, so request a room at the far end of the corridor. Note: you need a smartphone for this place, as you receive your door code by email at 3 pm to check in, and if you don’t have a wifi signal it can be tricky. I logged on to the public wifi in the shopping mall across the street. You also check out with your phone."

"Nice Hotel. We didn't use any of the amenities as we were stsying there to visit other people. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Nice modern rooms. Just be aware that there is no A/C. Check-in instructions are provided and pretty straightforward. Rooms can be a bit noisy due to having the windows open for ventilation/cooling. Location is great thanks to the bus stops to downtown and the Cannstater Wassen being 2 minutes away walking distance. Grocery store downstairs and a cool bar with a large patio up the street. Overall a great place to stay."
