"DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION!! We went to Kingston and needed to find something at the last minute. We booked this bachelor apartment despite the bad reviews. It was IMPOSSIBLE to contact the host. When we arrived, there were already other people there with reservations. These people had also tried to contact the host without success. The host clearly gives the access code to anyone who books. Now we are having difficulty getting a refund from Expedia!!"
