The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us…. They were absolutely amazing!!! Having a restaurant on property was convenient and the food was delicious. And the hotel cat was Precious …. She’s called cheeseburger by some and cheesecake by others but we called her Bloomer! Iykyk enjoyed our time there…..the flowers were beautiful around the property wish I could’ve had a cutting of there angel wing begonias….. if I’m ever back this way again I will stay there...

There was a pan seared salmon dish on the dining room menu that was fantastic, this was a very well managed hotel, only wish there was a lift for us older folk

This hotel is different from a traditional hotel. Modern yet not too out there. Lots of young folks around since part of the facility is also a student housing. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Location is great too.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The historic building is beautiful. The room was spacious and had a kitchen. Everything was spotless. The bathroom shower was large, great water pressure and temperature. The bed is super comfortable. They don't make up the rooms daily, as it is an apartment hotel. The location and food are great!

We arrived early and I asked the front desk person if they could hold our luggage. To our shock, she checked us in early and we were able to go to our room. The hotel is convenient to the train station, shopping, and there is a theatre across the street. We opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and the food, drink, and service was all exceptional. Booked this hotel for its location as we were seeing a show at the SEC Hydro. Really happy with the check in, room and location.

Most helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. My waiters were excellent. I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Basically all was excellent but toilet was not cleaned one day. Very nice room but public areas need facelift. Location 6 stars.

The hotel was great! The desk lady was so helpful and offered to look up dining options and book our morning taxi to the airport. Fantastic experience all around.

Food great, advertised 24 hr room service that did not exist. Short on staff the whole stay. However restaurant very helpful on providing trays etc for u to go get your food. Id still recommend staying there the location for the price cant be beat
