Beautiful B & B, great local attractions within walking distance, clean and comfortable room. Their breakfast options are delicious! Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel. Well located esp if walking to Kelvingrove & to city center.

We were warmly welcomed by Kaley (hope I remember and spelled correctly), Shr kindly offer to help with the luggage and accompanied us to the room, explained in details every amenities in the room( the Nespresso coffee machine and capsule, the varieties of black team and coffee bag( not instant coffee) , the electric shower, etc. the room was very clean and with modern decoration, there are full set of shower things. I felt very cozy and safe. A bit regret that we only stayed one night.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The historic building is beautiful. The room was spacious and had a kitchen. Everything was spotless. The bathroom shower was large, great water pressure and temperature. The bed is super comfortable. They don't make up the rooms daily, as it is an apartment hotel. This hotel is different from a traditional hotel. Modern yet not too out there. Lots of young folks around since part of the facility is also a student housing. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Location is great too.

Most helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. My waiters were excellent. I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Booked this hotel for its location as we were seeing a show at the SEC Hydro. Really happy with the check in, room and location.

We arrived early and I asked the front desk person if they could hold our luggage. To our shock, she checked us in early and we were able to go to our room. The hotel is convenient to the train station, shopping, and there is a theatre across the street. We opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and the food, drink, and service was all exceptional. The hotel was great! The desk lady was so helpful and offered to look up dining options and book our morning taxi to the airport. Fantastic experience all around.

Basically all was excellent but toilet was not cleaned one day. Very nice room but public areas need facelift. Location 6 stars.
