"Always consistently good if a little impersonal. Couldn’t really fault the place and I stay here very often but despite staying 20-30 times a year you are rarely acknowledge or recognised by staff. That said - it’s a decent business stay hotel in a great location and feels very safe. Just lacks a bit of atmosphere "

"Excellent location in Glasgow's West End. Close to Hyndland train station, along with retail and restaurants. The flat is well-maintained and clean, with a few exceptions, such as some furnishings that need to be updated. Has a few quirks of an older building, but the kitchen is well-appointed, and the in-unit washing machine is helpful. Communication was timely. "

"This property was unclean and unacceptable.The fridge was dirty on arrival, counter tops also, cooker was dangerous, as the knobs fell off and did not turn gas off properly A moldy rusted dirty microwave. There was mold on the bathroom walls and on hallway ceiling. The bath had rotten wood on the bottom, damp smell when using shower with no ventilation. unsafe! The electricity went out in the kitchen and I had poor communication and no help to solve the issue(s) from the owner! I had to climb up on a chair and fix the fuse box for the electricity by myself!! Only ONE smoke alarm in house NO carbon dioxide sensor at all.Sadly the negatives outway the couple of positive areas bedrooms were ok. Old windows that did not open properly. Living room ok. Though the noise from the Masonic lodge next door was loud and the smoking area could be smelled indoors. Property owner needs to update this property and solve health and safety issues. The property owner had poor communication and help to solve issues and ended up completely ignoring my concerns. I will not recommend or return to this property."
