"This property is very neat and clean. It is right next door to a grocery and across the street is a bakery, pizza place, and a coffee shop. The bus and train stations are walkable in 20 minutes or less. The host is easy to contact and very responsive. Definitely a great place for 2 or 3 people to stay comfortably. Maybe 4 people. "

I was a bit thrown by the size. When they say one bedroom they mean a one bed room. Walking path only. Smaller than a very small hotel room. Also there is no dryer, only a washer. "Initially, the property felt a little bit out of the way, but using the nearby underground station helped with that. We struggled a bit to find somewhere to eat, so we were tickled pink to discover the nearby Foody at the Woody at the Woodside Inn. When we arrived, the TV wasn't working; it took a fair bit of perseverance, but with the help of the host, we got it working.
