"Went to Knoxville to watch my grandson pitch for the VOLS. The location of cabin to stadium easy to find and only 10 miles away. Took many walks on the property with our dogs. Felt like home. I’m sure we will be back again next year. The hosts to the property were extremely wonderful."

"Location is good with easy access to trails 26 and 27. This place is bare bones. Pretty much pack for camping and expect a roof, beds, a mini fridge and running water. Outside grill is small and ours was layered with bacteria from sitting all winter with food in it. I sent a picture and got a response back of “we are sorry.” That’s fine, but we brought stuff to grill and had to change plans due to this. Overall it was a good stay and the location next to the river is really nice."

"The house can sleep a lot of people, has a cool game room upstairs, and is very close to Rarity Bay golf course. The porch is perfect for hanging out at night and the hot tub is nice. I would recommend this place."

The matresses were a little too firm for me but I still slept very well, the water pressure was a bit low, the front doors need privacy blinds, and the hot tub could use a little more privacy, otherwise we had a great stay and will definently stay with these fabulous hosts again!
