"Master bedroom was awesome! Love the big open living room/dining room/kitchen. We enjoyed our stay tenfold!"

"Excellent property and host."

"This place was great and close to the convention center. "

"Exactly as advertised, very clean and well appointed. Great location, 15-20 minutes to UTK. Terrific communication with host."

"This place was great for our recent family vacation. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with 2 small kids, and very comfortable beds. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and check-in and check-out were both super easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and easily accessible to I-40. There are good food options just one exit away in either direction on the interstate."

"Very clean and comfortable house nice beds hot tub very good overall a good stay finding the house was a bit of adventure lucky for phone directions if you wanted a bit of peace and quiet this is the place for you "

"It was perfect for our small dog "

"The house was perfect for my stay with my two dogs. The host was friendly and communication was great. Very quiet and peaceful."

"The check in process was awful - the host never provided the door code so we couldn't get into the property. Had to cancel the reservation and find an alternative lodging at the last minute. The next day the host didn't admit their mistake, didn't apologize and was rude about the whole incident. Terrible experience overall, don't stay at this property."

"One of the nicest and well stocked places we have stayed. Will stay here again when passing through "
