The room was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great, and parking was convenient. However, the bathroom was extremely disappointing. There were stains and hairs on the toilet seat, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.

With the full understanding that this reservation made was within a holiday weekend, the ridiculous cost spent on a "motel/outdoor entrance" experience is unforgivable. The fact that Expedia supports a venue of this (lack of) quality is beyond disappointing. Seriously considering ending my long term relationship with Expedia permanently.

The bed was clean. Other than that I was disappointed with the quality of the accommodations. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and it was marked as a non smoking room. The curtains were filthy, the phone was filthy, the toilet rocked and made a loud noise when you sat down and there is probably more. I can’t believe they had the nerve to charge the rate that I was charged.

This property is not great for people with mobility issues unless you request ground floor. Breakfast is minimal but sufficient for the value you pay. Great scenic area with lots of restaurants and shops close by
