"Das Haus liegt in einer wenig besiedelten schönen Landschaft, nur durch einen Feldweg vom Meer getrennt. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse. Sehr günstig als Stützpunkt für Ausflüge nach Palermo, Castellammare, Trapani, Segesta und das Naturschutz-Wandergebiet Zingaro. Schönes großes Schlafzimmer meerseits, die anderen beiden Zimmer sind sehr klein. Bei Problemen wurde uns von den Eigentümern bereitwillig und zeitnah geholfen. "

"Can't speak highly enough of this villa. It's modern, clean, well appointed. It's just outside Castellammare del Golfo but only a few minutes drive away, as are the beaches. It's secluded and peaceful and we felt very much at home here, which is perfect for a holiday. Massimo and Antonio are wonderful hosts. Their communication throughout was spot on and any questions we had were swiftly answered. It's a perfect base for exploring Western Sicily. Highly recommended."

"A very nice house and region. Theobalds issues are the mosquitoes and the missing mosquito nets in the windows. But the hosts helped with mosquito repellent that was plugged to the electrical outlets."

"We had a super holiday here. The garden is beautifully maintained and the pool is a fabulous addition. The house is spotless and as per the photos. It could probably do with a little updating but we had everything we needed. Ciro is a great host and very helpful. The house is in a great location, within walking distance to both the sandy beach and the town of Balestrate. I'd recommend staying here."

"The accommodation was very clean. The pool was beautiful and perfect to enjoy in the heat. Remember to bring pool towels. The bbq is a charcoal grill so you need to buy charcoal. You definitely require a car as the nearest grocery store is a few kilometers up the hill. The local market wasn’t open yet in June. There is only 1 cafe and restaurant in walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The kitchen dishes could be refreshed as the hard water from the dishwasher causing...
