"Check in was Simple. The location of this rental is at a beautiful event venue-Suttle Ridge. This rental is the guest quarters behind the main quarters and there is also a beautiful pavilion with an amazing views. The main quarters and pavilion were rented for part of our stay. "Although the hotel has some age on it, it is clean and maintained relatively well. The room was quiet, beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. The grout around the bathtub showed its age, being somewhat discolored but, again, it was clean. We didn’t eat the breakfast although it appeared to have a good assortment. Would stay here again."

"I booked this online, only going by the pictures. When I arrived at the property, I almost turned around and left; it looked ROUGH. There were only two vehicles in the parking lot (around 4p on a Monday), and the place looked like maybe it was abandoned or possibly under renovation. It was too late for me to get my money back because I needed a place to stay that day. The receptionist was an older lady and she was very nice. Very friendly, helpful. I made sure to park my car near a light pole in full view of the front desk doors, because I really wasn't sure how safe either I or my car would be. I checked into my room; it was....OK. Inside the door looked like maybe it had some rust or something but the room itself was clean. The bathroom was also just...OK. The bathroom had a popcorn ceiling that looked like someone had done some work in there and had sprayed something on it to cover up the work. I needed to go to bed early; around maybe seven or eight o'clock, I heard what I believe were children playing somewhere down the hall. I heard a door slam a few times but it wasn't next to me, so it didn't disturb me that much. I found out that the pool was actually down the hall from me, so the kids were just probably playing. Slept pretty good; the bed was comfortable and appeared to be clean. The AC worked very well. I checked out around 345a with no issues. I think if they just put in the work, it could be a nicer place but overall, not bad for now."

"Great place to stay if you want somewhere close to Hot Springs but also want to have peaceful nights or days away from the city. Having breakfast on the patio while watching golfers play through was very enjoyable. The gist was very easy to communicate with and very professional. Will be saving this place as one of our favorite places to stay."

"We had a fantastic stay at this cabin. The scenery was gorgeous and it was great to have acess to the hot tub and jacuzzi. The property is only 30 minutes away from Hot Springs so if you’re looking for a romantic and quiet get away to Hot Springs, you can’t do any better than Hidden Cabins! Also the check out process was super easy!"
