I was disappointed with my stay. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the hotel feels outdated and could really use some renovations. Not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Overall property was ok, very old and outdated. The bathrooms had flies and rust. A/C looked like it was going to fall out of the building from all the shaking it caused while on. Rooms felts humid. There was no phone in the room, they did provide a number to call but no one ever picked up.

el personal poco amable, nunca funciono el internet en la habitación, muy mala calidad de internet, no nos limpiaron el cuarto durante mi estancia y estuvo muy helado el cuarto todo el tiempo, sin calefacción, sin teléfono para recepción, de tal forma que tenias que bajar a recepción para solicitar cobijas o limpieza a tu cuarto, ya que no haba manera de comunicarte con el personal desde tu habitación. el costo de la estancia es excesivo para las condiciones del hotel.
