"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel — it was better than we expected. The staff was always very attentive and helpful, always greeting us with smiles and kindness; truly very professional. The facilities were very clean, and the room service was excellent. We would definitely come back. Just one remark: on our last day, I believe there was maintenance being done in the room next door, and because of that, a smell of paint or thinner was coming through the ventilation, which caused throat irritation for my wife. My suggestion is to avoid assigning guests to rooms that are close to those undergoing construction or maintenance."

The fire show and Mayan show were absolute standouts, karaoke was a blast, and the DJ kept the energy high without ever feeling over the top. My room was cozy, clean, and a perfect retreat after long sunny days. What truly made the trip exceptional was the staff. Their teamwork and warm hospitality created the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back. A huge thank-you to th staff. "Everything was amazing and had the best time as a sister trip! The one comment I have is I wished finning reservations were easier. It seemed like space was available but the app wouldn’t show any. Other than that we had a blast the food is amazing and the vibe here is great. Great for families as well! "
