The construction was one of the down sides. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. Staff at the smaller buffet was the best. The restaurants by reservation were ok, we ended up leaving two of them and going to the buffet as the food was not better in the restaurants.

Overall, the hotel is nice. A little dated. There was a lot of construction going on at the time of our visit. This resulted in some property amenities being unavailable. The kids water playground was under construction. There are also a lot of raccoon like animals that will come poolside and steal your food and drinks. The animals were not aggressive, but definitely an annoyance. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The room was newly remodelled, the staff and service levels were amazing. I would have given 5 stars, but most of the amenities were closed due to renovation of Grand Riviera Princess, for example I booked the hydrotherapy on the app. When i arrived for the appointment, I was told they dont monitor the app because the pool is closed. I would have appreciated knowing that part of the resort was closed. All in all, we had a great vacation and will probably return next year.

리노베이션되어서 그런지 객실도 깔끔하고 직원들도 정말 친절해서 좋은 시간 보내고 왔습니다~ 무엇보다 객실키를 가지고 다니지않아도 손목에 찬 팔찌로 출입할수 있어서 좋았습니다~ 레스토랑도 전부 맛있고 고급스러웠습니다 다만 아쉬운점은 튜브와 구명조끼를 직접 준비해야합니다.

Room was spotless, stuff also was very friendly, food is 5 stars! Beach very shallow and rocks, but not critical. The only thing wasn’t very convenient that they had one shuttle in the whole resort.the walk takes about 15 minutes one way, not all days are good for walking.
