Resort was great, but the seaweed was terrible which is out of anyone’s control. We didn’t even use our balcony because the smell of all the rotten seaweed was just unpleasant. All the large pools are amazing and not overly crowded. Rooms are newly remodeled & nice.

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. I had a great time, resort is clean, updated and all the night shows are different from others. Only thing I didn’t like was the check in and check out. They definitely should have a separate desk or personnel exclusive for check in/out. Not everyone together. Customer service should be separate from check in and check out so people don’t wait too long. Besides that everything was excellent from the property to the staff. I will good back.

The resort has been recently renovated and it's even Bethan before. The rooms the lobby the restaurants the slides is new and the service has always been exceptional. I try to get the rooms between the high 200 - the high 300. That's worth the all-inclusive for me and my daughter (2 person) stay that we get to stay an extra night or two compared to other resorts in the area. The resort is massive with shows and music every night

The review is beautiful. We were able to upgrade to the platinum side and that really made the trip. It is so big there make sure you ask about all the things you can do and get it on your phone. They have lots to do for kids but if you don’t ask you’ll miss out on a lot.
