"Nos encantó el hotel. Su historia, arquitectura y personal atento y profesional. Su ubicación de lo más céntrico y rodeado de la vida nocturna, restaurantes y tiendas para comprar cualquier cosa que te haga falta. Quedamos más que invitados a regresar."

"Exceptional service, clean facility, beautiful room. The only negative is that the rooms aren't equipped with smart TVs. They only have chrome cast from your phone, but only YouTube would work- no other streaming services. Would highly recommend a stay here !"

"Where to start. The room was kept up by Alcantara ( Lupita ) she was awesome. The receptionist that we saw the most was Fernanda, she helped out a lot and of course the waiters at the 7th floor (breakfast) Alejandra, Luis and Emiliano did great. The 6th floor ( BZ ) Miguel Angel and Benjamin did fantabulous. Thank you we felt at home."

"The room was clean, big and modern. There is a nice common area near the lobby. There really is no TV unless you use your own streaming services. My main issue is they need a blackout curtain facing the hallway as people can see in. The location was excellent very close to the metro and bus. The staff was helpful and friendly and the kitchen had all we needed. The only other issue was they don't provide any bottled water. We will return."
