Amazing stay !!!! Breakfast was a la carte and amazing! Very delicious with fresh green smoothie, fresh fruit, very tasty omelets and very good coffee. Clean, comfortable and well located. Staff is pleasant. However, I was a bit uncomfortable about carrying my passport with me around Mexico city since we arrived before check-in time 3:00pm. The female receptionist stated that check in was at 3:00. She offered to storage our luggage, but I could not leave my passport and wallet unprotected. When we finally checked in around 9:00 pm second receptionist was quité pleasant!

Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The area is in the most beautiful and safe part of Mexico City. My only complaint about this hotel was that despite the high nightly price, they still try to get you to “upgrade” your room and pay a even higher nightly fee to get a room with a view, breakfast, and access to their rooftop lounge that is not available to all guests without this upgrade or an access fee. Overall great experience though

We loved our stay! We had everything we needed, the rooms were clean, we got water every day which was greatly appreciated! The food at the restaurant was amazing and the staff all throughout the hotel was 10/10!! Would definitely recommend!
