"This apartment/hotel is nice and modern. Having a separate kitchen and bedroom was convenient. It sits in an almost perfect location. The busy intersection at this spot is not good for Uber drivers. You will need to pick a side street for pick up. The balcony is amazing. You can hear the traffic noise, but anywhere you go in the city, you'll be able to hear it. I would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to others. "

"Hotel is in a safe neighborhood. Shopping and dining options within walkable distance. Not a lot of street vendors if you are looking for food trucks but there is a lot of restaurants, not authentic mexican food; more upscale. Walmart in walking distance. There is a taco stand about 2 blocks away that is open very late. The rooms were very clean and nice. They have free community washer and dryers on several floors and also provided detergent. The rooftop was the perfect touch. You can get a great mountain view. Front staff was very helpful. Would stay again."

"I stayed at the Expedia VIP suite. First, just because you purchase this suite doesn't mean that the staff at the hotel knows that it is the top floor. I had to call to confirm before the trip and once arrived at the hotel, had to confirm it again since they were going to give me the 2nd floor suite because that was the only one available at the time, hence waited about an hour for the top floor to be available (I was not rude but said okay will wait for top floor with a smile and it was fine.) The top floor is the 12th floor but there is one more floor above you which is the Penthouse. There is a big Financial building on the side within the view but they really can't see in until night time due to the reflecting windows of the hotel, and at night, people in the financial building are gone home so no issue. Even though we got free breakfast, I only went one morning because it was pretty awful. I thought lot of things were 3-4 stars but overall I gave it 5 stars due to the great room with a view and the fact that sound proofing in the room along with being on the 12th floor with windows facing away from the main street gave me really good nights of sleep for me to do my day adventures. The noise is something you can't escape in CDMX and ability to get a good night of sleep with a relaxing view was totally worth the extra uber rides needed from here."
