"I would not recommend this hotel. We booked a superior room with a balcony for our long weekend stay. Unfortunately it was a room close to the elevator (room 610) and the sound of the elevator kept me awake. Also there was a problem with the elevator so the doors were opening and closing a lot. When it was midnight I asked the man in the reception if they had any other room available that was away from the elevator because I could not sleep with all the noise from the elevator. He fixed a new room (304), and by that time I was too tired and it was not the same noise from the elevator. In the morning I woke up at 6am from a lot of noise from the street, and also I noticed there was no mini bar or balcony in that room. I went down to the reception and talked with the girl named Tina in the reception. She was rude and said it was my fault because I wanted to change the room so we got downgraded and now the hotel was full. I asked to at least get the money back for the upgrade and she got annoyed, and told me to send the manager a mail.
I have never experienced guest service like this and I have myself worked in a 4-star reception over 6 years. This was a very disappointing stay…"
