This charming 30m² apartment located in Les Menuires, at the foot of the cable car directly connecting to the 3 Valleys ski area is perfect for a mountain stay. Its friendly layout allows accommodation for up to 4 people. It offers you an ideal space to spend moments with family or friends.



The apartment features a large living room offering an open kitchen, fully equipped. It will allow you to cook throughout the week with its equipment: ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils. This bright living space invites relaxation and sharing good moments, with the bonus of a balcony equipped with garden furniture allowing you to admire the sunny west-facing view of the mountain range. To end your day, after skiing down the slopes or enjoying the great outdoors, you can gather around the large dining table and enjoy local specialities with the raclette or fondue appliance available in the accommodation. A flat-screen television and a sofa bed for 2 people completes this space.



With a very well-designed configuration, this apartment has a comfortable bedroom isolated from the living area to guarantee peaceful sleep for everyone. You will find different types of sleeping arrangements: a bunk bed (80 cm), a single bed (80 cm) and a BZ sofa bed, convertible for 2 people (140 cm). All sleeping arrangements are equipped with duvets and pillows. Bed linen is not provided but you can rent it from the agency if you wish, 25 € for a double duvet kit and 20 € for a single duvet kit.



The rental also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The kit of 2 towels offered for rent is £15.



The apartment is located in the Les Valmonts residence, in the sought-after summer and winter Bruyères district where you will find all shops, restaurants, ski rentals, tourist office,.... The residence is located at the foot of the slopes, 100 m from the aqua-leisure complex and LA MINE, a 1000 m long rail sledge. The residence, which allows you to access Val Thorens, Méribel and of course Les Menuires stations in a single mechanical lift, allows you to be directly connected to the 3 Valleys.



Please note that the accommodation does not allow pets and is non-smoking, no WIFI, hard floor throughout the apartment, equipped with duvets and pillows. Public parking outside. A processing fee of €45 is to be expected from the agency.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent them through our agency upon request. (single bed 20 €; double bed 25 € kit 2 towels 15€) End of stay cleaning not included, (possibility to order the service: 80 €). A deposit of €450 will be requested when collecting the keys from the agency.
