Beautiful property. New. Clean. Great views. Excellent breakfast. Tough to get to on windy mountain roads. No food options on Sunday - little market closed, no restaurant, no grocery. If you're traveling with kids, pool only open to kids from 10am to 2pm.

Very nice hotel, perfect location. Authentic/tasty/cozy restaurant with great service. If bathrooms would be a bit updated - I think it's full 4* hotel!

Such a lovely hotel and wonderful staff. The bed was wonderfully comfortable with great pillows and sheets, breakfast was wonderful and location was great. Two thumbs up, I will be back!

Our stay was fantastic, the staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. Having gone there during these COVID period, the hotel did an outstanding job of serving the buffet breakfast in a very safe and enjoyable manner. We stayed with our dog and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning our room. The view is amazing, the staff is there to always help in any way they can. We will be back again hopefully soon!

Great location with a wonderful breakfast. Viktor at the front desk was SO amazing and helpful. He lets us check in early after a long trek from Champex, and he gave us plenty of recommendations while we were there. All the staff were wonderful. We’ll stay here again!

This place is amazing! Off the charts spa. Staff goes above and beyond. Joao was great as was Tiffen. THe rooms were clean and perfect! The town is beautiful, skiing is very close. Great mountain!

Grear dpa with thermal water, clean, amazing views, private at the edge of town. Restaurant closed as many of the properties in the area due to economic downturn , but doesn’t matter, many restaurants around

We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans.
