"We spent one night in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a good night's stay. It also felt very secure. The staff were very helpful and gave us excellent help in getting the bus to the city centre for sightseeing. The hotel is in a good location for access to the motorway and has a very big Carrefour supermarket 10 minutes walk away. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay to and from Calais."

"Just a one night stay at the BW in Rouen. Warm welcome, great ambiance, super helpful staff, good food options, lovely and clean and a great family room which surpassed our expectations! A real find :) Definitely deserves the 9.4 rating!"

"The property was just what we were looking for with plenty of space inside for the family to chill with a good internet connection. It was clean and everything we needed was at hand. There is a large Carrefour 5 minutes walk, the beach, quay and restaurants within 15 minutes. We had a relaxing time. We made our journey by train and found the whole experience straight forward."

"Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb. A good hot shower and large towels were very much appreciated. Rouen is a spectacular town and 2 days was really insufficient to appreciate everything it has to offer. Would I stay here again ? Most definitely YES !"
