Loved our stay at Chateau Montplaisir! Our hosts were incredible friendly and the chateau is gorgeous, feeling like you’re walking into a piece of history. They recommended a beautiful walk for us to go on our first day. Our stay included delicious breakfasts served on their patio overlooking the pool and views of Valreas including fresh fruit, fresh-squeezed OJ, homemade jams and yogurt, croissants and baguette. Everything about this hotel was great except one thing. The walls are not really soundproofed enough so you can quite easily hear noise from the hallway and from your neighbors. It's not a big problem but if you are sensitive to some noise from outside your room you should take it into consideration. The food at the restaurant was great and the hotel is impeccably maintained. The room was quite large too.

Beautiful location at the base of Mont Ventoux. Close to Bédoin and Malaucène and restaurants and shopping.

This place is just amazing! The staff went completely out of their way for us on many occasions. Overlooking the square, great breakfast, quiet and clean. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property and excellent dining experience

Perfect setting in the Medieval part of Vaison-La-Romaine. Easy to walk within the old parts of the town and to get to the city center for a meal. We loved the pool and AC during the heat wave! Parking is a little hit or miss, but what is available is close by and very convenient.

Beautiful property and grounds. Excellent breakfast and easy walking access to a very nice town center with lots of shop and restaurants. A bakery on the corner that is to die for. Very nice room and staff was friendly. Great grounds with pool and sitting, picnicking and playing area for children.

This is a beautiful hotel in the center of Grignan, France. The staff was lovely, the room was well appointed; spacious and had a large balcony with a view of the castle.

What a lovely place to stay! Everything was perfect, from the breakfast to the views, to the fabulous pool. Our room was comfortable- loved the rain showerhead. And our private terrace was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.
