Logement très bien placé pour un sejour calme aux sables d'olonne, tout en ayant des acces faciles pour se rendre à la grande plage et ses commerces. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants . Nous avons passé un tres bon troisième sejour a cet endroit et nous y reviendrons.

Le logement est bien situé près de la plage et au calme. Je suis passée par l'agence interhome pour éviter les désagréments de passer par un propriétaire direct mais ça n'a pas été le cas. Je ne réitèrerai pas l'expérience J'ai dû payer un complément pour l'électricité alors que ce n'était pas mentionné dans l'offre initiale. Pour le prix du logement je m'attendais à plus d'amabilité.

Ce gite bien placé pourrait avec un mobilier plus homogène et moins vintage avoir beaucoup de charme Le mobilier semble plutôt de récupération et ne présente aucune cohêrence les uns par rapport aux autres. Les équipements sont à l'avenant (cafetière ancienne, bbq d'époque ne motivant pas a s'en Servir...) L'aménagement de la cuisine n'est pas pratique ( pas de plan de travail) L'entretien est à améliorer (adhésif sur les étagères mal posé, peintures qui débordent, joints de la douche gris,)

Ce gite bien placé pourrait être charmant Les équipements sont disparates et vieillots Le mobilier vintage pourrait avoir du charme mais cela n'est pas le cas (mobilier de recuperation), canapé inconfortable, cafetiere qui fait disjoncter et wc qui s’ecoulent mal L’entretien du gite est également moyen ( vitres sales, cheveux longs par terre, joints de la douche gris, douchette sans systeme de fixation, adhesif couvrant les etageres mal posé,…) C'est dommage car ce gite pourrait être charmant Le rapport qualite/ prix est de ce fait moyen

Pas de grande surprise, le logement est suffisant et fonctionnel pour 4 personnes. La situation géographique permet d'être proche des grands commerces tout en étant en bordure de la côte et à deux pas d'un petit chemin qui mène à l'océan.

Maison idéalement placée

Propriété très bien placée dans un endroit calme. Très bien équipée pour passer un bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute. Pour accéder à la mer il suffit de traverser la chaussée et nous sommes les pieds dans l'eau.

Les + : - les propriétaires sont gentils et arrangeants sur les horaires de départ et d'arrivée. - la maison est plutôt bien située dans un quartier calme (attention quand même quand il y a un voisin, c'est une maison mitoyenne). Les -: - la déco est vraiment vieillotte (meubles, literie, moquette...) - la plage à côté ne présente pas un grand intérêt (il y a des rochers entre le sable et la mer). Suffisant pour un séjour court.

Superbe endroit et au calme

Nous avons passé un bon séjour pour notre première visite aux Sables d'Olonne on a beaucoup apprécié. L'endroit de notre location est au calme retiré du centre ville mais qui est vite accessible en voiture ou en vélo que nous n'oublierons pas de prendre la prochaine fois

Super séjour en amoureux

La maison est très bien équipée, idéale pour un couple ou bien un couple avec 2 enfants. Emplacement idéal, à 100m de la plage de la Chaume, idéale pour se relaxer. Petite terrasse sans vis à vis, super pour les déjeuners et dîners avec le bruit de la mer. Une place de parking devant l'entrée de la maison. Vous êtes loin de la foule et c'est reposant. Nous avons passé une super semaine en amoureux. Merci beaucoup !
