Very friendly and helpful staff. We did not speak a common language but this was not an issue as staff members were well versed in using translation tools.

The hotel setting is one of a kind. It's a very old fortress that was converted to a beautiful 4 stars hotel. Everything was done to provide all the comfort you would expect from a luxurious hotel while maintaining the structure intact. It has great character and beautiful and tasteful decoration. The view from the windows is great as well. It is in a walking distance from all the attractions of this small town. The breakfast was superb as everything else in the hotel.

Beautiful room overlooking the sea! The bal ch ont is acne ce for coffee in the morning watching the surfers. Warm friendly staff. Short walk into area with restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Fun location on La Toja Island. Very beautiful and historic building. We walked into the port daily, but it was about 30 minutes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Hotel Arbaso. It is a modern and clean property, and we got our best sleep during our trip here! Everyone on the staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. The location could not be more perfect. It's located on a quiet street and in walking distance to many sites including the Old Town, beach, and restaurants. The room was quite spacious also, and I surely enjoyed the Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom!

The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.

Spacious rooms. Parking garage is far away and too expensive. Would have loved a complimentary parking or breakfast as being a VIP member.

Great location, just a few blocks from the beach. Easy walk from the bus station. Don't forget to ask about the elevator from the city-level. The hotel is on a hill and is quite a walk uphill if you're not aware of the elevator. It's locked and requires a code but you can call on the intercom when you arrive to have them open for you.

Such an interesting history of this original theater house from the 1900’s.The staff were so kind from the moment we came to the lobby bar to enjoy an early check-in with coffee & amazing pastries.
