"Simpson Bay Resort is a beautiful, well-maintained property with immaculate pools, cheerful staff, and a very convenient location. From our balcony in the Bougainvillea building, we could see Simpson Bay, Kim Sha beach, and even Saba island in the distance. Unlike many popular resorts, there were plenty of beach, pool, bar, and restaurant chairs available whenever we wanted them. We never really had to wait for anything. even traveling with toddlers. I would absolutely stay at Simpson Bay Resort again. And again."

"Right next to the beach, clean rooms, close to the airport, planes don’t run at night so that didn’t bother us any. I’d deffinetly stay here again!"

"Horrible staff. They act as if they’re doing you a favor for your stay. They do not greet guest and often curse in front of and at guest. I will never return if it was the last and only resort on St. Croix. Spend your money where you’re greeted and not cursed at. "

"Resort is beautiful. Had the deluxe suite. Beautiful views. Staff super friendly. Only downside , no direct access to a beach. Had to walk a little to maho beach but a longer walk to mullet bay beach is definitely worth the walk. Would certainly stay again. "

"Highly recommend this hotel, one of best I have ever stayed at. Josephine and Sharon at the front desk were absolutely incredible and amazing. I have never come across a better staff. Always helpful always smiling. Great swimming pool and bar. Great beach five minute walk from the hotel."
