"I loved this resort so much I would highly recommend!! Great service everyday they have diffent. Activities going on the day me and my friend arrive they had a live band performance and an open bar !! We are coming back next month ,only downside the beach was closed 💔 and it’s a bit far from all the clubs and other restaurants overall 10/10 experience !!"

"I assume you meant 1,500 characters (Expedia reviews have a character limit). Here’s a condensed version that stays within that range while keeping the key points: This was our first visit to Antigua, and overall we had a nice stay. The island is beautiful, and the entertainment at Royalton CHIC was a highlight. The performers were energetic, engaged with the crowd, and the nightclub had great music every night. Unfortunately, communication and restaurant reservations need improvement. We received the welcome email introducing our property representative while we were in the air traveling, so we didn’t see it until the next day. That information should also be available in the resort app, especially since the app didn’t seem to be actively monitored. At check-in, we were told to make specialty restaurant reservations 48 hours in advance through the app. We followed the instructions and booked Haven Grill for our final night. When we arrived, we waited only to find out the restaurant was closed. There was no notification or update, leaving us dressed up with no choice but to eat at the buffet, which was unfortunately the worst meal of our trip. Overall, we enjoyed our first trip to Antigua, but better communication, a reliable reservation system, and improvements to the buffet would make the guest experience much better."

"Honestly, I don’t know what people are expecting/experiencing. I’ve read the reviews. It’s our second time at the Royalton Antigua. The beach is pristine, the staff is kind and accommodating, the room was beautiful, and the food is decently good. We’re a family of 4 with two young children. The worst part about the place is leaving it."

"This place is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and make sure you feel welcomed at all times of the day. From the moment you enter the gate until the second you leave, you feel well taken care of. Also there are many amenities available. We enjoyed kayaking and hanging out on the beach and by the pool. There are many activities at the beach included in your room purchase that make it very worth it. We were happy not leaving the resort much at all."
