Lovely people, my only complaint is that the room was a bit outdated and the breakfast had few selections though the food quality was good. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and it is an excellent choice for location.

The property, specifically the room had a lot of dust like a haunted place that hasn’t been lived in at all. The chairs were gray covered in dust in the room, but the linens were very clean the balcony, the paint only the curtains and the carpet had a lot of dust on them.

The manager was very rude and unhelpful. The wardrobe was extremely dirty. There were a few rotten fruits, specifically a quince and a lemon, left on the shelf inside the wardrobe, and they smelled very bad. The cleaning staff had also left their cleaning equipment in the room. The room itself smelled unpleasant and was not properly cleaned. We also found a bug in the bathroom. I saw a bug in the bathroom. To make matters worse, there was no drinking water available either in the room or during breakfast. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience for us. We expected much better standards of cleanliness and service. Müdür çok kaba ve yardımcı olmaktan uzaktı. Gardırop son derece kirliydi. Gardırobun içindeki rafta, özellikle bir ayva ve bir limon olmak üzere birkaç çürümüş meyve bırakılmıştı ve çok kötü kokuyordu. Ayrıca temizlik personeli temizlik malzemelerini odada bırakmıştı. Odanın kendisi de hoş olmayan, kötü bir şekilde kokuyordu ve yeterince temizlenmemişti. Banyoda ayrıca bir böcek gördük. Banyoda böcek vardı. Daha da kötüsü, ne odada ne de kahvaltı sırasında içme suyu bulunuyordu. Genel olarak bizim için oldukça hayal kırıklığı yaratan ve can sıkıcı bir deneyimdi. Temizlik ve hizmet konusunda çok daha iyi standartlar bekliyorduk.
