We enjoyed our stay ! We had four children with us and the pool was definetely the highlight of our stay :) The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked amazing and kept us comfortable during the hot weather. Will be back next time we visit Lethbridge !

It's in a good area of town, close to shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming. The elevator was broken, so we got to repeatedly walk up 4 flights of stairs, and the carpets in the hallways are grossly dirty.

Parking was available, good location rooms were clean and well appointed. The biggest reason for a lower rating is that the waterslides and wave pool were opened during very limited times. We specifcally chose this hotel, with the higher price tag, to make use of the waterpark only to find that the selling features were only available 5-9pm, and not during the day. This made it not worth the additional price and we will be staying somewhere with just a pool next time.

Everything about the Holiday Inn was great, and the pool was fantastic with young kids who can swim. The hospitality of the holiday and staff was second to none. The breakfast is not up to holiday inn standards, as we had to use the Tony Roma‘s restaurant next-door. We experienced the minimum service possible by a server, which is expected when you partner with a for-profit restaurant like Tony Roma’s.

This was a nice option but could use some upgrades. It was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the Waterpark would be a great bonus if traveling with small children. It would have been very helpful to have a continental breakfast.

Comfortable beds. Staff was clueless. They gave us a key card for a room that was already occupied. They had a lot of difficulty understanding that we wanted a room that did not want to share a room with strangers. After 20 minutes we were finally given the room we reserved.
