"Ive reviwed many properties over the years and given 5 stars to those i thought deserved 5, this accomodation proved me wrong, if 5 is the maximum i can give, they deserved less and Dominique and Christian deserved more, a wonderful couple, entertaining, kind and caring, i hope i can call them friends after just one night there. "The Thalasso area and amenities are very good. The check-in staff was not helpful and willing to help with one request. We arrived at 3pm, earliest check in and asked for a bedroom at lower levels due to the tremendously high temperature and lack of AC. Zero flexibility. They put us on the highest floor where the heat and humidity made it difficult to breathe and no sleeping was possible. On top of that an oil bad smell came out of the air circulating fan exhaust which made me dizzy."
