Die Ausstattung der Betten dürfte verbessert werden: unterschiedlich große, teilweise zu kurze bzw. zu breite Bettdecken. Kopfkissen sollten gereinigt werden. Im Doppelzimmer gab es eine äußerst dünne "Matratze". Ausleuchtung des Wegs zum unteren nur von außen zugänglichen Zimmer fehlte."

"This chalet was a perfect basecamp for traveling the Interlaken region. It is within a 20-minute walk of a major train station and the bus is one minute from the front door. My husband and I adored the small village where it is located. It was amazing to stay in a small and quiet location and easily get to the busier city of Interlaken. The outdoor balcony/deck facing the mountain...esp with the great weather makes in a gem. Plenty of hiking right around the village too. Will rent the larger one next time, if available"

"Great Bear is a lovely chalet with breathtaking views in a unique environment. I cannot think of a better summer escape, given the stunning surroundings of the Val Hérens, the local cuisine, produce, meat products, and delicious wines. The chalet fits the rustic character of the tiny village perfectly, while affording the necessary comforts for an Alpine stay. Absolutely LOVED IT!!!"

"Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all). "The house was very cozey, and convenient location. However the communication between the hostes and I were poor. As I was only told as that we need to bring our own towels and linen for bedding after we had arrive and I asked where it was!!! Very inconvenient trying to find these items in a small town, let alone after 7pm also!! Other then that, it's a lovely place to stay!!"

"Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au chalet de la diablerie. La propriété est très bien équipée et à proximité des chemins de randonnées. La vue de la montagne de la terrasse est magnifique et le coucher du soleil illumine les monts d'une lumière légèrement rosée. Ces 14 jours en juillet nous ont ressourcés et le temps de plus était vraiment très beau. Le soir la température tombe vers les 20 degrés ce qui permet de passer des nuits agréables. "We celebrated a big birthday with a family get together; we were 17 people, all ages and ALL enjoyed their stay. The property was perfect; The rooms were great and very clean. it had everything we needed. Marco (host) went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. "We came in the summer looking to hike in the area and it was great. We were there only a few day but wish we had a longer stay. Many hiking/biking trails. Sabrina is a wonderful host and very helpful. It is not a large house but the 3 of us had plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need and all the appliances worked and appear fairly new.
