"The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. "Location was great. House was very clean, tidy and spacious which we loved. Lots of communication from the host which was good, however quite a few duplicate messages which became a little confusing. Just a small suggestion, a few more coffee cups (there was only 2) and some extra crockery (serving bowls/plates) and cooking utensils (tongs, baking dish etc) would’ve made it perfect. "
