"I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Alpspitz. We booked two rooms and both were so comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. Very room and great mountain views. Parking was nice and the breakfast spread was great every morning. Felix was a great host, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we visit the region again. "Super Aufenthalt (mit Freund*innen)!Wir waren für drei Nächte hier und fanden die Chalet richtig toll und gemütlich. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Unser absolutes Highlight war die Terrasse zum Grillen! Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief durchgehend top und unkompliziert.Ein Tipp zum Einkaufen: Fahrt dafür am besten kurz nach Mittenwald oder Seefeld. Der Supermarkt im Ort ist leider ziemlich klein, teuer und hat wenig Auswahl.Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren minimal verwirrend: Wir haben die Bedienung vom Bildschirm und einer der Kaffeemaschinen nicht ganz durchblickt (zum Glück gab es noch eine zweite!) und die Restmülltonne in der Garage war unauffindbar.Trotzdem hatten wir ne mega Zeit und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!"

"Our host was very helpful to get us acclimated to the area from USA. He really extended himself to assist us with directions to his property. Loved finding our room comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was healthy, lots of options from muesli to baked goods to delicious coffee. So enjoyed the remote setting surrounded by mountains, lush green fields and dense forests."
